These guidelines help every student get the most from the week. Please review them together as a family.
Attendance & Punctuality

Students must attend all scheduled sessions, including excursions.

Late arrivals/early departures aren’t permitted except for documented emergencies.
Excursions

Off-campus trips are part of the curriculum and required unless we approve an exception in advance.
Campus Boundaries

Independent off-campus time is not permitted.

Neighborhood visits happen only with staff or trained student leaders.
Conduct & Community

Safety, inclusion, and collaboration are non-negotiables.
Technology

Devices are welcome when they support learning.

Recording in classrooms or residence halls requires permission.
Photography & Media

We may capture photos/video for program materials.

Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
Health & Accommodations

Share medical info and accommodations in your forms so we can plan support.
